Who We Are
Al Roberson – President of Sales/Owner
Al served in the US Navy for six years, completing several world tours, and participating in the Gulf War in 1991. He has been an entrepreneurial business man for over 23 years. He has owned and run numerous several businesses, including a transportation company in San Diego and an auto wholesale business.
While working for Advantage Wireless, A Colorado wireless service distributor, Roberson developed a multi-state distribution channel including New Mexico, Colorado and Texas. He was promoted to National Sales Manager and proceeded to build and manage teams, developing over 30 markets across the US that included adding over 5,000 points of distribution and tripling sales over three years. Additionally, Roberson managed all business development efforts for US markets.
In December of 2007, Al left Advantage Wireless/Wireless Channels after nearly 10 years to lead develop new business channels for ReLogic. In this role, Al is developing and growing all aspects of ReLogic’s sales and operations efforts in Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada, including the Short Sale Team, Inside Sales, Property Evaluation and Renovations, and Sales Support.
Ken O’Donnell – Managing Broker/Owner
Ken came to Relogic as its Managing Broker in early 2008. He has over 18 successful years in Sales and Management. He brings vision and creativity, along with vast knowledge of sales and management to the Relogic team. Ken is a proven leader and an advocate for helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. He currently lives in LoDo and enjoys all the benefits that downtown Denver has to offer.
Michael Turner – Short Sale Specialist/Broker
London native Michael is a highly qualified, experienced short sale specialist who will guide you through the short sale process. In addition, Michael has a wealth of experience and a successful track record of homes sold and has also assisted many home buyers purchase their homes.
Tony Carrieri – Field Supervisor
Tony, a disabled veteran, is originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He served in the Navy for 5 years working on an array of projects including parts that aided in the launch of the shuttle Columbia. He has worked in construction for over 35 years including warranty work for numerous home builders. He is lead certified and is the on-site Superintendent for all construction projects.
Kimberly Blad – Project Coordinator
Kimberly, a Denver native, has a background in marketing and public relations. She is currently a project coordinator responsible for all details for construction job sites on rehab projects for the company.
Michealann Nofzinger – Transaction Coordinator/Broker
Starting out in real estate when she was 17 years old, Michealann has endured the Denver real estate market for the past 18 years. Her extensive transaction coordination experience allows her to adjust to many different work styles. She prides herself on maintaining consistency, which has proven to be especially effective in keeping clients compliant with the ever-changing DORA Brokerage requirements. Michealann, being a Denver native, has worked with many Brokers in the Denver Metro area and is always networking to be as resourceful as possible for her Clients and Brokers. She is a “Power-House” with respect to managing all transaction coordination efforts for ReLogic.
Rosa Ortega – Accounting
Rosa, originally from Texas, grew up in the Denver area but still cheers for the Cowboys. She is a bilingual accounting specialist with a background in administrative work. She is a proud mother with one on the way.
